Poor defending gifted the three points to Abbey as The Scholars early dominance was undone by a pacey visiting side. Bar could have been two up before taking the lead through a JOSH URQUART header after 18 minutes but paid the price for sloppy play with Aryton Coley slotting the Equaliser.

The second half saw Abbey expose the Bar defence for pace and they got their reward on 65 minutes as Coley took the lead. 1-2. Captain Steve Cawley added a third five minutes later again taking advantage of poor defending. 1-3.
ASHLEY HARRISON-BARKER gave the Scholar's some hope with 15 minutes remaining 2-3. But the goals ended there.
